Due to the nature of our items, no refunds will be issued unless the digital product is sold out or links are no longer operational.
To be eligible for a return, product must be sold out or license is discontinued.
These are digital products and no item is to be returned and or shipped. We are not at fault if the customer do not read the descriptions or accidently add the same item more than once to cart.
Customer agrees upon checkout and after checkout the terms and conditions of their order.
Qualified Clients can be refunded is these ways:
Store Credits can be added to your existing order as a discount when you check out.
Gift Cards can be created so that you the customer can give a gift to one of your followers, friends and family to shop with us.
Once you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Regular priced items & Sale items cannot be refunded unless the client bought the product after the licenses are sold out.
These are digital downloads and no exchanges are excepted.
You can contact us and we will generate a gift certificate so you cab give to your followers, friends or family.
No Product will be shipped as these are digital products. However, stay tune because our merch is coming soon.
